Dear sir/madam, in the present system of SPARSH, submission of DLC/MLC is a very complicated issue. Sometimes, life certificates are being shown as "failed" in the absence of Aadhaar linking with pension a/c. Linking of Aadhaar number with pension a/c does not become successful due to technical problems in the system. Hence it is earnestly requested that Video calling identification be introduced like SBI for all pensioners by SPARSH also. This issue may please be brought to the notice of concerned authorities for consideration
