मैम आपका प्रयास सराहनीय है परंतु हमारी और सैकड़ों की समस्या ये है कि लॉगिन के बाद अलर्ट आता है । उसका ok प्रेस करने के बाद केवल और केवल पर्सनल प्रोफाइल ही दिखती है आधी अधूरी जबकि e-ppo में सब कुछ है । इसके अलावा कुछ भी नहीं होता है । 5 महीने से मैं ईमेल इत्यादि सब कर चुका हूँ । कृपया कुछ बताइए ।
आप को क्या जरूरत थी इतना पंगा करने की, आप को पता भी है हम कितना परेशान हो रहे हैं अभी तक 3 बार जिंदा हूँ बताने के लिए पैसे खर्च कर दिया है पर आप फिर भी नहीं जान रहे
Under manage profile unable to update E mail id or mobile No and most of functions are not working it is great harassment to user no help from any where call centre no always busy and nodal officer also busy and not aware of how SPARSH system is working
In my account, after login, only profile menu is being shown. No other menu like ledger report or other features are not visible. May be not enabled. Plz confirm
kindly make detailed video on How to update aadhar and pan on sparsh and this video is useless.
