    Good evening Sir I have received usered ID and password. But while doing Pension data verification one 1st page personal data only available, below the first page of pdv, no save,next button etc., available. Hence I could not do PDV for the past 4 months. Kindly clarify how to proceed to next page of PDV after first page in the absence of next,save button. Since I was waiting for more than 4 months, no change in status Hence I request to do needful for doing PDV by providing all page of Pension Data verification with save/next button etc., for further action please at the earliest since form 16 etc may be required to submission of Income tax return for the current year due shortly. till last year Bank was furnishing above Details. Early action requested please. Thanks.

    Good morning Mam. Myself 21120170010801, Manage profile mein jaane ke baad mera PAN card, address update karne ke baad next karne par state aur district field mandatory show hota hai but wahan click karne par combo box open nahi hota hai, please advice further..

    In other cases also i.e. updation of spouse's PAN CARD aadhar card, dependent PAN CARD AND AADHAR CARD many of fields are mandatory, like mother's name etc but they are not opening, please advice further.

    I received my sparsh  PPO Number and its Id in January 2022 . I created my login account and changed the password. Now since  beginning I am facing following issues after Login into my pension account :

     

    1.  After Login I receive an ALERT saying my data is READ ONLY and after reviewing it I should submit declarations/acknowledgement. After  pressing OK button on this ALERT message , there is no next button or any provision to review data and to submit declarations or acknowledgement.

     

    2. After entering into view profile section from left hand menu I am only able to see my personal profile and other profile details like family details, nomination, etc. Etc are not available .

     

    3. Except the above there is no provision to do anything. Whatever I try to do on sparsh website it takes me to LOGIN area then I logs in but again above stated cycle is repeated.

     

    4. So I cannot submit declarations, I cannot see full details, I cannot therefore review the data and finally I cannot update.

    5. HENCE REQUEST PLEASE HELP . Can you tell me the reason why it is so and why no one is responding.

    Password not received. Mobile number us not updated by record office being sparsh portal not opening in COD DEHU ROAD office and so many offices in PUNE. LIKE CDO, CQASV, MES, CDA etc. why and what to do further? Waiting for your suitable reply

    When I log into the portal I get a note that you are in read only mode. I have to submit my Digital Life certificate which I am not able to due to this mode. I can see only one option that is view profile. Please tell me how to get out of read only mode and submit the certificate.

    मेम मेरी डिस्चार्ज बुक का होम एड्रेश बाकी आई डी जैसे आधार कार्ड पेन echs कार्ड बैंक अकाउंट में दर्ज एड्रेश से अलग है तो क्या मुझे स्पर्श में माइग्रेशन होने पर किसी तरह की परेशानी आ सकती है अगर परेशानी आएगी तो उसका निवारण कैसे होगा।कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें।

    Namsakar Madum maine apana Bank Account transfer hone ke vaja se IFSC code change kiya tha coringdum PPO Generate ho kar bhi 22 April ko Aa Gaya but mere pension jama Nahi huve 30 April ko please bata sakate Hain kya problem Hain

    I have recieved username and password and after login created new password .After login with new password, during pdv only personal details opening but service details and onward nothing is opening. Also next, save details, etc options not showing. Please guide me how I can complete personal data verification. I am defence unemployed.
    Date of retirement 31aug 2018. Gpf n. 000599100.

    Only view profile page is open but not opening next button & submit button since last two months even after logging complaint with PCDA. Next what to do and how many days to wait?

    Mam ,my pension account has been migrated to pada.details of pan and adhar not updated. A sum of rs 4488 deducted in mar 2022. on enquiry from pcda it is replied that your pan & adhar not updated in sparsh. Please intimate how I can update my personal data ie pan adhar & email etc.Thanks.

    Madam ji maine PDV summit kar diya hai.by the mistake Aadhar wala acknowledge chhut gaya hai.dubara PDV summit ho jayega kiunki log in karne aa raha hai ki aadhar no not available kiya kare batain please

    Respected madam, mera Sparsh me migration 24 Nov2021 ko ho gaya tha, kintu mujhe I'D & password February me mila, login karne par PDV ka option hi nhi mila, Aadhar no, PAN, Email Id & Address bhi update nahi hai,please batayen ki 1.kya ab PDV ho sakti hai aur kaise? Aadhar no, PAN, Email Id, address update kaise hoga?
    3.Sparsh PPO bhi abhi tak upload nahi hai,kab tak Aayega?
    4.March month ki pension ₹4973 Kam kyon aayi hai?
    March ki pension slip kab tak aayegi? please help me and reply 🙏🙏

    Respected madam, Maine manage profile personal details me jake Aadhar no, PAN, Email Id,& Address bale coloumn jo ki blank the sab kuchh update kiya, OTP bhi aaya, OTP ke sath success full submitted bhi hua. next 15 din likh kar aaya ki you can't avail service request of your profile,15din bad my profile khula kintu Kuchh bhi update nhi hua hai. Aadhar update na hone ke karan DLC bhi success full submitt nhi hua.Please batayen ki
    1.Sparsh me Aadhar no, PAN, Email Id & Address kaise update hoga.
    2.Kya Sparsh me bina Aadhar no Update huye Digital/manual life Certificate success full submitted ho sakta hai?
    3. March month ki pension se ₹4973 kyon Kate gaye hai?
    4.March month ki Pension slip kab tak aayegi? Kindly help and reply please 🙏🙏
