Salary & Pay Scale for ESM
In pado par select hone wale Ex-Servicemen ko Central Govt. ke IDA pay scale ke anusar salary milegi:
- Junior Office Assistant (B-3): Rs. 21,540 – 77,160/-
- Junior Technician (W-1): Rs. 18,780 – 67,390/-
- Note: ESM ko unke service period ke anusar Pay Protection aur anya military benefits milne ki sambhavna hoti hai (as per Govt. Rules).
Eligibility Criteria for Ex-Servicemen
1. Educational Qualification:
- Junior Technician: Relevant trade mein ITI (NCVT/SCVT). Yadi aapke paas Army/Navy/Air Force ka Trade Competency Certificate hai jo ITI ke equivalent hai, toh aap apply kar sakte hain.
- Junior Office Assistant: Graduation with 55% marks aur Computer typing speed.
2. Age Relaxation (Age Limit):
- ESM candidates ko unki military service deduct karne ke baad extra relaxation di jayegi.
- General Age Limit: Junior Technician ke liye 25 years aur JOA ke liye 28 years hai, lekin ESM ke liye isme Govt of India rules ke mutabik chut (relaxation) pradan ki jayegi.
Selection Process for ESM
ESM candidates ko bhi regular candidates ki tarah process se guzarna hoga, lekin unke liye Qualifying Marks mein relaxation ho sakti hai:
- Online CBT Test: Objective type exam.
- Skill Test: Typing test (sirf JOA post ke liye).
- Document Verification: Army Discharge Book aur ESM Identity Card anivarya hai.
