Registration process

Eligibility Conditions

1. This Online Portal is to facilitate existing Canteen Smart Cards holders to apply online for replacement of Grocery, Liquor, and Dependent canteen smart card(s).

2. Following CSD beneficiaries are required to apply through physical application forms through Canteen:-

• All first time applicants/ new applicants.
• Beneficiaries not in possession of PAN Card.
• ESM with Service below 5 years.
• Marital Discord Cases.
• BRO/GREF Serving Personnel.
• Serving Defence Civilians on Deputation.
• Serving & Retired Defence Civilians Persons of Directorate of Ordinance.
• Serving & Retired Defence Civilians Persons of NCC.
• Veer Nari/ Next of Kin of Battle Casualty (Fatal).
• Differently abled Dependent Children

Important Instructions

Applicant must possess the undermentioned documents/details while registering and applying for canteen smart cards.

1. All Applicants:-

• Own PAN Card Number
• Own Operational Mobile Number
• Own Operational email ID.
• Own Canteen Smart Card ID & Serial Number of Own previous Grocery/Liquor card.
• Photos – Single, Joint Photo with spouse & Dependent photograph – as applicable. Each Photo must not be more than 150 kb.
• Images of Signatures of Self, and Dependents, if any – each one not more than 20 kb.
• All photos must be in civil dress
• Awareness of own Pay levels as per current pay slip/PPO.

2. Serving Armed Forces Personnel if promoted – Appendix “A” as per format duly completed. Not more than 200kb.

3. ESM/ Widows/NoK with Pension – PPO. Pay Level must match entitlement category being applied. Not more than 200kb.

4. ESM without Pension – Appendix “B” as per format duly completed. Not more than 200kb.

5. Serving Defence Civilians – Current Pay Slip mentioning being paid from Defence estimates. Not more than 200kb.

6. Retired Defence Civilians – Current PPO mentioning being paid from Defence estimates. Pay Level must match entitlement category being applied. Not more than 200kb.

7. Exempted Payment of Canteen Smart Card Categories such as Chakra Awardee – Appendix “D” as per format or Authorised Document (Single page/card). Not more than 200kb.
