mam this software is created very sophisticated for elderly people, as their is no supporting e mail for gravience ,nor the helpline no hardly ever responds. as we don't have any username and password issued. even Pension got stopped. tried a lot for change password. if u people r meant to help. kindly help
Firstly, Mam, on being worked on this SPARSH portal & changed of password successfully, It is experienced that I can't complete even first step of review my pension data due to non available of my mobile no in my pension documents. Whereas you are saying that user can add/correct his Adhaar, PAN, Mobile No's etc. Now tell me the further course of action how can I add/insert these said details in this portal? Secondly, all DPTI videos are totally different from the actual data displayed after login in the portal (user can read only), then what are meant for putting these such mismatch video's for pensioners.
