  1. Madam, I was retired on 31 Oct 2016. My and my spouse Aadhar Number and PAN details are not available in my SPARSH PPO. I had lodged a complaint to PCDA for updation of these details in my SPARSH PPO. They advised to login sparsh portal and go to my profile then manage profile for updation of Aadhaar Number and PAN details or contact to Record office BEG Roorkee for updation. When I open My profile then Manage profile for updation these details but next option is not working. A message shows on portal that your previous request is still pending so your request cannot be processed. Records BEG Roorkee stated that there is no software available with them for updation. What can I do?

  2. Portal is non functional on sparsh for Pensioners to see, amend and update incorrectly filled data. This video is just for propaganda purpose. No pension statement is accesible and tele number of customer care is never atteneded to. Retired personal migrated to Sparsh withoutany even any pilot project or user feed back. Pension through banks was efficient, prompt and attended to in time if there were any problems. They visited home for Life certificate generation. On forced migration from bank to PCDA Allahabad no check was carried out or banks asked if pensioners had submitted life certificate. I was denied pension and so were many like me who had submitted life cert to Bank in Nov 21 but on forced migration they have lied that pensioners failed to submit them. Whereas, there duty was to either obtain it from concerned bank or got to Jeevan Praman portal with old PPO number. All along they have been tom toming in media that as one time exception pension of Apr is released. How shameful as there is no accountability and sense of responsibility. They have a sense of entitlement as if they are doing a favour rather then realising that they exist for servicemen and pensioners. They have babudom's sense of entitlement. A well oiled, smooth and functional pension disbursement system through banks has been junked by these account department people. How much has been paid to IT service provider, who is clueless, inefficient and being paid without any fruitfull work. How much has been saved and how efficient the disbursal system has become is doubtful and questionable.
