     1. Procedure for Booking of DD Quota.

   Facility for reservation of DD Quota can be availed through a personal visit or by Fax to MCO Vizag  (08912747022) in the format as placed at below, duly signed by Staff Officer or Regulating officer with a unit round stamp.

     2. MCO Visakhapatnam.

     MCO Vizag has initiated a mobile number for incident/ accident reporting (Only). Defence Personnel facing any rail-related problems may inform the MCO Duty Staff through the mobile or other modes as follows:-(a)  Mobile/ Whatsapp – 9391079966

      (b)  MCO Vizag Railway Number – 82605 (This no. can be connected from all Rly Stn control room 24×7

Note.   No DD Quota requests shall be accepted through mobile. The request needs to be sent through fax as per the format enclosed.
