Salient Features of Vita Milk Booth Scheme for ESM
Haryana Dairy Development cooperative Federation Limited (HDDCF) is providing 10% reservation to Ex Servicemen for operating its retail outlets on own land, franchisee and government/ institution sites. The scheme is available in the state of Haryana. A security deposit (refundable on termination) of Rs 50,000/- is required to be made to HDDCF Ltd, on selection, to operate the booth on ‘cash and carry’ basis. The selected concessionaire undergoes one week training with ‘Area Supervisor’ from VITA, prior to allotment of booth. VITA milk booths would be allotted to ESM for a period of five years and same may be extended by another 5 years based on satisfactory performance.

Note : HDDCF may terminate the concessionaire ship of the candidate if any wrong information is furnished by the candidate and found out later on.
Procedure to apply for Vita Milk Booth Scheme to ESM
Eligible ESM are required to submit their application form to Joint Director-1 at DRZ West, Chandimandir in duplicate, duly affixing photograph along with under mentioned supporting documents:-
(a) Photocopy of discharge book.
(b) Photocopy of Pension payment order (PPO).
(c) Photocopy of ESM I Card.
(d) Photocopy of PAN Card.
(e) Photocopy of Aadhar Card.
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of Vita Milk Booth Scheme
ESM desirable of registering for the scheme read the MoU and verify the same by signing the Registration form (open this link to view the MoU).
Status Update
Zone wise status update indicating details of seniority list is done on first working day on a monthly basis. Details of Milk booths being operated by ESM are also updated on the same day (open this link to view the Status Update).
