Income Certificate Online Apply 2026: Mobile Se Aay Praman Patra Kaise Banaye?

Agar aapko scholarship, admission, ya kisi sarkari scheme ke liye Income Certificate ki zaroorat hai, toh ab aapko Tehsil ke chakkar lagane ki zarurat nahi hai. 2026 ke naye digital portal par aap Aadhaar-linked OTP ke zariye ise turant apply kar sakte hain.

Step 1: Official Portal par visit karein 🌐

Sabse pehle apne mobile browser par apne State ka naam + Income Certificate likhkar search karein. Jaise UP ke liye e-District portal. Jo pehla official link dikhayi de, us par click karein.

Step 2: Citizen Login (e-Sathi) aur Registration

  • Portal par aapko Citizen Login (e-Sathi) ka option milega.
  • Agar aap naye user hain, toh “New User Registration” par click karke apni Login ID aur Password generate karein.
  • Login ID, Password aur Captcha fill karke dashboard mein enter karein.

Step 3: Aadhaar e-KYC Verification 🔑

Login hone ke baad “Income Certificate” (आय प्रमाणपत्र) link par click karein.

  • Apna Aadhaar Number aur Captcha enter karein.
  • Consent box par tick karke submit karein.
  • Aapke Aadhaar-linked mobile number par ek OTP aayega. Ise enter karke e-KYC verify karein. Isse aapki basic details (Naam, Photo) automatically fetch ho jayengi.

Step 4: Application Form Fill-up karein 📝

Ab aapke samne main form open hoga:

  • Service Type: Rural (Gramin) ya Urban (Nagariya) choose karein.
  • Personal Details: Mata-Pita ka naam, occupation (vyavasay), aur family details bharein.
  • Annual Income: Apni total annual family income enter karein.
  • Reason: Certificate banwane ka karan (Scholarship/Admission/Others) select karein.

Step 5: Photo aur Documents Upload 📤

  • Photo: 2026 mein naya option hai—“Aadhaar ki photo upload karein”. Ise select karne par aapko alag se photo upload karne ki zarurat nahi padegi.
  • Self-Declaration (Swaprashit Ghoshna Patra): Ise portal ke footer se download karein, fill karein, aur scan karke upload karein.
  • ID Proof: ‘Other’ select karke ‘Aadhaar Card’ likhein aur file upload karein.

Step 6: Payment aur Receipt Generation 💳

  • Fee Payment: Submit karne ke baad “Sewa Shulk Bhugtan” par click karein.
  • UPI/QR Code: Sabse asan tarika UPI QR code scan karke payment karna hai.
  • Error Handling: Agar payment ke baad error aaye, toh login karke “Pending Applications” mein jayein, Application Number copy karein, aur “Fee Payment” section mein ise dobara submit karke “Safe/Secure” (सुरक्षित करें) par click karein. Isse aapki final receipt generate ho jayegi.

Self-Declaration Form (स्वप्रमाणित घोषणा पत्र) Format 📝

Agar aapke paas abhi printed form nahi hai, toh aap ek plain paper par niche diya gaya format likhkar aur sign karke bhi scan kar sakte hain. Ye format har state ke portal par valid hota hai:

Aap apne state ke e-District portal ke footer (neeche) mein “Important Downloads” section mein ja kar Self-Declaration Form ya स्वप्रमाणित घोषणा पत्र” ka PDF download kar sakte hain.

Aavedan (Application) complete hone ke 3 se 7 days ke andar aapka digital Income Certificate generate hokar aapke dashboard mein aa jayega. Aap ise download karke kahi bhi use kar sakte hain.
