For Registration in CSD AFD Online Portal, please follow these steps:
Eligibility
Serving and retired armed forces personnel and defence civilians are eligible to register for CSD AFD Online.
Required Documents
Valid Smart Canteen Card: Issued by the Canteen Stores Department, containing important information such as name, card ID, chip number, and organization details.
PPO (for Ex-Servicemen): A copy of the Pension Payment Order, which includes essential details like PPO number, date of birth, date of enrollment, date of discharge, and pay level.
PAN Number: The PAN card number is required for registration. Active Mobile Number and Email Address: These are used for sending OTPs, password resets, and communication regarding CSD AFD product orders.
Registration Process
- Visit the CSD AFD Portal: Go to the official CSD AFD portal and click on the “New User Registration” button.
- Fill in the Information: Provide the requested information in the appropriate fields, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Submit the Registration: Click on the “Submit” button to proceed with the registration.
- Verification: The CSD AFD portal team will verify the provided information.
- Confirmation: A confirmation message will be sent to the provided email address upon successful registration.
