Go to https://sparsh.defencepension.gov.in/?page=trackPpoStatus
Click on Services
1. Update Mobile no
2. Enter the SPARSH PPO or OLD PPO NO
3.Select secret question option button
4.Fill all the necessary details, Service no will be your PPO NO OLD
5. Provide the new Mobile no and the OTP will be generated and submit the same
Once these steps are done we might have to wait for 24-48 hours i suppose for the no to be updated in the portal
