I want to update Mobile NUmber because I unable to login sparsh site. After filling data almost 15 times, it shows invalid data. Why this msg shown time and again when I submit very correct data.
Very poor communication skill of the anchor. Even after listening to her three times I could not fully grasp the methodology of updating Mobile number, though of average technology grasp.

Go to https://sparsh.defencepension.gov.in/?page=trackPpoStatus
Click on Services
1. Update Mobile no
2. Enter the SPARSH PPO or OLD PPO NO
3.Select secret question option button
4.Fill all the necessary details, Service no will be your PPO NO OLD
5. Provide the new Mobile no and the OTP will be generated and submit the same
Once these steps are done we might have to wait for 24-48 hours i suppose for the no to be updated in the portal
